Scottsdale Company Proposes Adding Sensors To Proposed Border Wall

"We will build a great wall along the southern border."

That was the promise Donald Trump repeated on the campaign trail, and once he took office, Customs and Border Protection started the groundwork calling for proposals for that wall in March.

At least 200 companies expressed interest.

Proposals ranged from facetious to practical: a string of hammocks along the entire border and a wall covered in solar panels.

Later, CBP issued some amendments to its request, clarifying that it was looking for solid concrete barriers.

Our guest today doesn’t think a concrete barrier alone would do much to keep out border crossers.

Dennis O’Leary is CEO of Scottsdale-based DarkPulse Technologies. His company proposed using sensors in addition to a physical barrier, and he says they made it to the next round of proposals.
