A Scottsdale-based engineering company is facing push back from its creditors who say terms of a proposed bankruptcy loan are insufficient.
Nuverra Environmental Solutions has structured $44 million in loans as part of its debt reduction plan, but creditors said the terms do not provide enough cash to note holders.

Nuverra filed for bankruptcy protection in May with a goal to eliminate about $500 million in debt overall.
