The Department of Justice is moving toward a return to the so-called "War on Drugs" as Attorney General Jeff Sessions wants to restore a more aggressive approach to drug sales and use in the U.S.
This comes at a time when battles among Mexico’s drug cartels are intensifying. How is U.S. demand for drugs affecting that? Can Mexico’s government do more to crack down on cartels?
