Gov. Ducey on Wednesday took part in a conference in D.C. called “Building a Competitive U.S.-Mexico Border,” sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson Center.

To talk about what a competitive border might look like, I’m joined by Hoyt Bleakley. He’s an economics professor at the University of Michigan.
