Are Phoenix Rents Too Darn High?

Data from the National Low Income Housing Coalition finds Arizona is in the top half of states, in terms of the affordability of rental housing.

The 2017 Out of Reach report finds Arizonans need to earn $17.56 an hour to afford a two-bedroom rental home — that ranks the state 25th nationally, in terms of affordability.

With me to talk about this is Tina Tamboer, a residential real estate analyst with The Cromford Report.
