Senate Democrats on Monday used a procedural move to try to slow down Senate business, as a protest against the process that chamber’s Republicans are using to write their health-care bill.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has said he’d like his chamber to vote on the so-far unreleased bill before the July 4 recess.
