This week, the U.S. Supreme Court announced it would take up a gerrymandering case out of Wisconsin. It’ll be the first look at how political districts are drawn in this country in more than a decade.
Also on Monday, the high court unanimously decided on a case that could determine the future of trademark battles over offensive names, including an NFL team.
