Arizona’s Medicaid program, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, or AHCCCS, says the Senate’s health-care bill could cost the state more than $7 billion.
Or the state could be forced to kick around 400,000 people off the program, which lawmakers agreed to expand in 2013.
