Aaron Juan Saucedo has been indicted on eight counts of first-degree murder, and a host of other felonies, in connection with the "Serial Street Shooter" case.

A grand jury handed down the indictment on June, almost two months after Phoenix police named Saucedo the prime suspect.

Records show detectives had their eye on Saucedo for months. They first arrested the 23-year-old in April on suspicion of killing his mother’s boyfriend in 2015. Saucedo has been in jail since.

He’s pleaded not guilty to the 2015 murder, and he previously told a judge he is innocent of the 'Serial Street Shooter' crimes.

Saucedo’s total bond is $8.75 million. He’s scheduled to be arraigned July 6 on the new charges.
