Arizona Board Of Regents President Discusses In-State Tuition Policy

The Arizona Court of Appeals earlier this month ruled that a Maricopa County Community College District policy giving Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival, or DACA, students in-state tuition violated a 2006 voter-approved law. The district has decided to appeal.

To learn more, we talked with the President of the Board of Regents Eileen Klein.
