In late May, a student at Queen Creek High School committed suicide.The Queen Creek Unified School District came together to craft a plan focused on helping students and staffers deal with the aftermath of the tragedy.
And this summer, the district is making its psychologists and counselors available on a 24/7 basis to offer assistance to students who may be struggling when school isn’t in session.
