Pinal County Sheriff Launches Mobile App For Alerts, Tips

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has a new way to communicate — a mobile app for tablets and smartphones.

Using the app, the Sheriff’s Office can send emergency alerts and notify people about missing persons and traffic delays.

People in San Tan Valley, Maricopa, Florence and other communities can use the app to report suspicious activity, anonymous crime tips and submit photos of graffiti.

In a news release, Sheriff Mark Lamb called it a valuable tool for keeping safe and said, “The app provides an easy-to-use method for two-way communication between our office and community members.”

It can be downloaded at no cost on Android, Windows and Apple platforms by searching Pinal County Sheriff’s Office in the app store.
