U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs introduced a bill regarding the criminal justice system and illegal immigration that recently passed the House.
Two provisions of the bill were motivated by Arizona families who lost children in separate incidents involving individuals who were in the country illegally.
The other is about withholding federal funds from Sanctuary Cities.
