Smoke rises from the Burro fire.

Firefighters in southern Arizona battling the Burro Fire received some help over the weekend.

Radar estimates show about 80 percent of the fire received wetting rain. With that rain though came flash flooding, lightning and washed out roads making conditions in the fire area unsafe for firefighters to continue.

On Monday, crews will patrol the containment lines that were constructed. The fire has burned about 28,000 acres.
