You’ve heard about — and possibly even experienced — how divided a country we are, especially when it comes to political views and news media choices.
But why do so many of us seem inflexible and not particularly willing to modify our perspectives, sometimes even in the face of cold, hard facts? And does that apply even more in uncertain times?
We explored those questions with Brent Robbins, associate professor and psychology chair in the Department of Humanities and Human Sciences at Point Park University.
