GPS backpacks can track where eagles are around the Valley.

Birdwatchers know it’s possible to see an eagle in the Valley — but if you train your binoculars just right, you might just notice some eagles wearing little backpacks.

With me to talk about this is Lesly Swanson, senior environmental scientist with SRP.
