The owners of Phoenix Rising continue to make their bid to be accepted into Major League Soccer, and one of their selling points appears to be their stadium plan.
According to SoccerNation, ownership is looking at a 25,000 seat stadium near Loops 101 and 202 and says it’d be privately funded.
