The U.S. is becoming increasingly diverse, and communities like San Jose, Miami and Los Angeles are leading the pack.
But that doesn’t mean those communities best reflect what the country will look like — from a demographic standpoint — four decades from now.
That designation, according to Jed Kolko, chief economist for Indeed.com, falls to Las Vegas.
