If you're a pizza lover in Phoenix, then you probably already know about chef Chris Bianco. He has a few restaurants in the area, and food critics have hailed his pizza as some of the best in the country.
He's finally put his years of experience in the kitchen into a cookbook called "Bianco: Pizza, Pasta, and Other Food I Like."
"This book was really one to say, how do you start the conversation?" Bianco said, adding that it's not meant to be a "CliffsNotes" of cooking. "The secret is, there's no secret."
Steve Goldstein stepped into Bianco's kitchen at Tratto in Central Phoenix for a taste test and a talk with the chef.
