Astronomers are predicting the best place to see the solar eclipse in Arizona is near the Four Corner's region beginning at 9:30 a.m. local time.
That, of course, is assuming the weather cooperates.
The National Weather Service's meteorologist Mark O'Malley warned, as of the morning of the eclipse appearance, a weather system was brewing along the north-western region.
"There's going to be a lot of clouds up near Kingman and headed toward Las Vegas," he said. "Conditions in the Phoenix-metro area and in the Tucson-metro area (will be) great."
The maximum eclipse hits Arizona a few minutes before 10:30 a.m., with the highest percentage of the eclipse at nearly 77 percent near Page.
