A large cell phone company is growing its footprint in Arizona. Sprint announced plans to add dozens of retail stores across the Southwest.
By the end of this year, Sprint said it will add 44 stores in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and west Texas. The locations are expected to generate more than 300 jobs.
In a news release, Sprint said total wireless data usage in the Southwest has grown, on average, more than 760 percent over the last three years.
