Tuesday night is the first of 13 community listening sessions scheduled with the Phoenix Police Department.
The public meetings come after a group formed by the city made recommendations to enhance the relationship between residents and police.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at Steele Indian School Park's Memorial Hall.
