Car, Golf Clubs, Jewelry, Coins At IRS Auctions In Scottsdale, Glendale

It’s a standard warning on most IRS documents: failing to pay your taxes could lead the Internal Revenue Service to seize your property.

The IRS has two auctions planned this week in metro Phoenix. The bidding starts at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at Storage Max, 6757 N. Pima Road in Scottsdale. That’s where a 6-year-old Cadillac CTS two door coupe, golf clubs, bags and shoes will be sold.

On Thursday, Sept. 7, at 1 p.m., the IRS office at 7350 W. Camino San Xavier in Glendale will host an auction featuring jewelry, U.S and world coins and various metal bars.

The IRS holds auctions at various times across the country to sell property seized from individuals and businesses.
