Lots of us take vitamins supplements every day as part of a healthy diet. Well, it turns out, they might not actually be helping you.

There are some situations where vitamins or supplements might make you healthier, but in her book "Vitamania: How Vitamins Revolutionized the Way We Think About Food," Catherine Price argues that there are a number of reasons why we might want to think twice about taking a handful of vitamins or supplements every morning.
