On Tuesday night, Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes will be holding a public meeting to talk to citizens about the importance of making changes at the smallest level — the precinct level — where he says one person can have a much bigger influence.
We talked to Fontes about the goal of the meeting and what affect re-precincting could have on future election.
