Colorado Leaders Working On Land Use As Water Conservation Technique

Leaders in Colorado got together last week for a workshop sponsored by the Sonoran Institute and Lincoln Institute of Land Policy to talk about how land use relates to water conservation.

The two organizations say they’re looking to address a critical need in the Colorado River Basin.

Jeremy Stapleton is director of Climate Resilience at the Sonoran Institute and oversees the Resilient Communities and Watersheds program, and he joins me.
