As part of a new report "Efforts by DHS to Estimate Southwest Border Security between Ports of Entry," the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has concluded that more undocumented immigrants are using smugglers to get across the U.S.-Mexico border, and that the costs of that smuggling are going up.
