The Arizona Fall League starts its 2017 season this afternoon, with two games — there’s another tonight.
The fall league is made up of some of the top prospects from Major League farm systems.
It’s also been a testing ground for proposed rules changes for the majors; instant replay, for example, was used in the Fall League before moving to the Major Leagues.
