U.S. Air Force Preparing To Potentially Go To Cold-War Era Status

For the first time since the end of the Cold War, the U.S. Air Force is preparing to put nuclear-armed bombers on 24-hour ready alert.

Former President George H.W. Bush took them off that status in 1991.
