Single-Family Lot Prices Stayed At Record High Levels In 2016

The price of single-family lots were at record high levels last year, according to the National Association of Home Builders.

The group found half of the lots were priced at $45,000 or higher. The median price of those lots in the region that includes Arizona was higher, but not close to the highest in the country.

Natalia Siniavskaia, the housing policy economist at the National Association of Home Builders, talked about what the research found.
