Did Russian Interference Aim To Manipulate U.S. Public Discourse?

Russian interference in the U.S. elections went far and wide, and attempts were even made to access and potentially manipulate voter registration data.

Russia used its Internet Research Agency, a department that spent many hours inside outlets like Facebook and Twitter to create a stir over hot-button issues.

And this was about more than affecting elections. It was more focused on trying to destabilize the country in a broader sense.

Jonathon Morgan is the founder and CEO of New Knowledge, which analyzes the manipulation of public discourse.
