Fate Of Arizona's Medicaid Expansion In State Supreme Court's Hands

The state Supreme Court heard arguments on Thursday about the fate of Arizona’s Medicaid expansion plan. At issue is the way lawmakers and then-Gov. Jan Brewer implemented it in 2013, and whether an assessment on hospitals used to bring in federal money is a tax or not.

Howie Fischer of Capitol Media Services was in the court room, and he joins The Show to talk about it.
