Those were Dr. Pauline Boss's closing words in her interview with KJZZ's Kathy Ritchie about Boss's groundbreaking work on "ambiguous loss."
Tuesday's event at Rio Salado College in Tempe was the capstone on the KJZZ series, " The State of Aging in the Valley," which was supported by AARP Phoenix.
