Criminal justice reform is gathering momentum generally around the country, but the priorities may vary dramatically from state to state.
As part of that, the Council of State Governments Justice Center and the Association of State Correctional Administrators convened the 50 State Summit on Public Safety with attendees addressing issues like reducing crime and taking steps to counter reoffending.
One of Arizona’s representatives at the summit is Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery.
