SF Fed President: Digital Currency Could Play Bigger Role In U.S. Economy In The Future

John Williams is the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Arizona’s unemployment rate was 4.5 percent last month; the national one was a little lower than that.

My next guest said that means the United States has essentially reached full employment, with a jobless rate of about 4 percent.

John Williams is the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and was in the Valley on Wednesday to speak at an economic forecast event, sponsored by Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
