How Do We Handle The Work Of People Accused Of Sexual Misconduct?

A number of high-profile people in the entertainment world have been accused of sexual misconduct — from Harvey Weinstein to Kevin Spacey to Louis C.K.

And that’s led to a lot of people questioning how to handle the work they’ve done and thinking about how and whether to watch their performances.

Tiffany Fairall is curator of Exhibitions at Mesa Contemporary Arts at Mesa Arts Center, and Matt Delmont is director of the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies at Arizona State University.

What do we do about art that’s produced by people accused of misconduct — be it TV, movies or fine art.
