Phoenix Sets Up Christmas Tree Recycling Stations

Christmas is over and as 2018 approaches, it’s time to clean up those decorations.

If you haven’t disposed of your tree yet, there are several places you can take it.

The Phoenix Public Works Department is offering Phoenix residents a green way to take down their Christmas trees and wreaths. They can be dropped off for recycling at any of the participating Phoenix parks between Dec. 26 and Jan. 7.

Before dropping off your tree, make sure it’s unbagged and has no remaining decorations. Remove the tree stand and all nails or metal stakes.

For specific drop-off locations, visit phoenix.gov.
