U.S. Senate candidate Kelli Ward says she will no longer utilize the endorsement of former Trump adviser Stephen K. Bannon while campaigning for the seat being vacated by Jeff Flake.
Ward said in a recent CNN interview, “I am distancing myself from Steve Bannon. He’s made some significant mistakes, some significant gaffes that are unacceptable to me."
The former Arizona state senator took a page from the Trump administration and downplayed any efficacy Bannon had on her campaign.
