A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration’s attempt to eliminate DACA, and there’s a deadline Friday to prevent a government shutdown. Coming up with a new plan for DACA is in the middle of that one, too, as those who tend to be hardliners on immigration want to tie that to expanded border security and a new wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
