Super Bowl 52 is going to be played on Sunday in Minneapolis, with tens of thousands of fans living and dying with the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles.
And, of course, a lot of hot dogs and chicken fingers and popcorn will be eaten and beer and soda will be ingested by most of the crowd.
So what does that mean for the post-game? I’m not talking about the thrill of victory or the agony of defeat. I’m talking about trash or recyclables.
This Super Bowl is aiming to be a zero-waste event. What does that mean? How can it be accomplished?
