This morning at the Arizona House of Representatives, speakers from progressive political groups — both in grassroots efforts and elected state lawmakers — will announce a five-point plan for a blue Arizona they call the Arizona Sunrise Agenda.
The group says they are often told, "We know what progressives are against, but what are they for?" They hope today will highlight their slant on policy approaches, gaining them broader support in a very red state.
