Don Shooter’s replacement was sworn in Tuesday, after the former state Representative was expelled following sexual harassment claims.
Tim Dunn is a Yuma native and farmer who owns a grain company.
The Yuma County Board of Supervisors chose Dunn from three nominees.
Dunn promised, in front of that board, to represent rural interests and the city of Yuma.
He will take over Shooter’s duties until the end of the legislative session, when his seat will be up for vote in November.
