On Wednesday, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery announced that his office wouldn’t be charging Hamilton High School administrators after an ongoing hazing investigation. He said there wasn’t enough witness cooperation to make successful prosecutions likely. But it didn’t sound as if Montgomery were ready to give up on the case.
