FDA Considers Reducing Nicotine In Cigarettes

The Food and Drug Administration is proposing cutting the levels of nicotine in cigarettes by as much as 80 percent; nicotine is found in tobacco and is considered highly addictive.

The agency believes the move could cut the smoking rate and stop people from getting hooked on cigarettes in the first place.
