Events like the recent series of package bombings in Austin, Texas, and in Phoenix, when an unknown person was shooting at cars on the Interstate 10, can have the community on edge for weeks at a time.
How do these kinds of prolonged crime sprees affect those communities and the mental well being of everyone in them?
