Glendale’s Westgate Entertainment District is up for sale. The shopping and entertainment center has an asking price of $142 million.
The more than 500 square foot entertainment center includes 30 acres of land for future retail and commercial development. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Westgate was originally built in 2006 and has had some rough times, but has started to turn around in the last few years.
The property features a 20-screen movie theatre and several restaurants as well as living space for tenants. Westgate is located near a number of other attractions in the West Valley including Gila River Arena and University of Phoenix Stadium.
