Ousted Arizona Rep. Don Shooter has filed a notice of claim against the state, which is a precursor to a lawsuit.

In it, Shooter alleges his expulsion was an effort to stop him from looking into alleged improprieties in state procurement. If Shooter files suit, parts of the investigative report that led to his removal that so far have not been made public may see the light of day.

Craig Morgan is a partner at the law firm Sherman and Howard and was the lead counsel into allegations of sexual harassment at the Arizona House of Representatives, and he joined The Show to talk about it.
