The Legislature has reconvened this morning to try to pass a budget plan that would include teacher funding.
The $10.4 billion spending plan would provide for an average 9 percent pay hike for teachers next school year along with funds for additional district assistance. The plan has some #RedForEd supporters feeling more optimistic.
