The Phoenix metro area is a huge place, both in terms of the population and the actual amount of land it takes up, which means there are a bunch of neighborhoods. Some of them have been well-known for decades, and others may have been created by real estate agents or search engines or some other enterprising individual.
And now Zillow, after an analysis of page views per home listing for this year’s first quarter, is calling Phoenix’s Camelback East the area’s most popular neighborhood. But it’s pretty big to be characterized as a neighborhood, since it stretches from Papago Park to the Phoenix Mountains Preserve.
To figure out whether page views actually equal popularity in the real estate realm, The Show was joined by Tina Tamboer, the senior housing analyst for the Cromford Report.
