Big changes are in the works for Phoenix's Margaret T. Hance Park over the Interstate 10 tunnel between 3rd Street and 5th Avenue.
A design team unveiled the possibilities on Monday, giving residents an opportunity to check out the project. It’s anticipated to cost around $100 million and funding is expected to come from some form of private-public partnership.
Mary Margaret Jones is senior principal and president of Hargreaves Associates and is the lead designer on the Hance Park renovation. She spoke to The Show about the project's details.
